I am so glad that you found your PhD masterpiece on my blog :) ... but unfortunately, I have no contact number for the person who was selling it at the time. I believe I had sent them a message on eBay asking if I could share the photographs on my blog and they sent me permission through eBay. But this was in 2008 and my eBay messages are no longer stored. I am so sorry I couldn't be of better help.
If by the grace of God I find the eBay message, I will let you know of course. But you can also try and see what you can find on Google.
